Overall volume in the space is down and bearish, but it looks like it paved the way for whale season. With multiple triple digit ETH sales from different projects, whales are out here scooping while there's blood in the streets.

• Netherlands judge rules that Tornado Cash developer must stay in jail for 90 more days while waiting for charges

• Tether will not freeze Tornado Cash addresses unless instructed to by law enforcement

• Coinbase launches a voter registration tool on their platform with a goal to get people more involved with voting in regards to Crypto policies

NFTs

• Scammers are now using gasless txns to steal your NFTs. Get savvy with this thread by @PocketUniverseZ. Please, we talk about this regularly, but use burner wallets right now. It's full degen season and the scams and scammers are rampant. Lock away everything you care about in a cold wallet.

• Azuki adds new semi-interactive section to their website called "The Alley." Looks like they are gearing up for something. We are also hit with this tweet referencing an open anime universe. Can we expect some kind of metaverse play? (heads up, there is music on "The Alley" webpage)

• New details, including dates and mint info, on Artist Tyler Hobbs' new project QQL. Could this be Fidenza round 2?

• Eminem and Snoop Dogg bring BAYC to the VMAs and will perform their new single featuring their Apes. MTV also adds a Best Metaverse Performance category to the VMAs

• Reddit is airdropping Polygon NFT avatars to users

• X2Y2 lets users choose the amount of royalties they want to pay a creator/project or completely opt out

• Sudoswap is now live on Gem. Sweep floors with 0% royalties

• Truth Labs is launching their own marketplace in the next few weeks. This will be the home for goblintown, secretysociety, the187 and more. Are project specific marketplaces going to be the new norm? Are we going to repeat the cable to multiple streaming platforms and then bundling all over again?

Web3

• Founder of Polygon starts a Web3 fund called Symbolic Capital with $50M in funding

• Web3 startup, Comm, raises $5M to create a Discord style platform

• UTA, United Talent Agency, Signs Trio of Web3 Artists
